Our Team

Experienced, Cleveland-based, and deliberately not listed here.

No names. No headshots. No client logos. That is on purpose.

Nearly every IT company’s team page looks the same: a grid of headshots, first and last names, job titles, and a wall of client logos underneath it. It is meant to build trust. What it actually builds is a script.

Put those two lists together and an attacker has everything a phone call needs. They can ring your front desk as “someone from your IT company” and ask a receptionist to install a security update. They can ring the IT company’s help desk as one of your employees and ask for a password reset. They know exactly who to impersonate and exactly who to target, because the vendor published both.

We think that is reckless. It trades a client’s security for a vendor’s marketing, and it has been normal in our industry for so long that nobody questions it. We are questioning it. You will not find our technicians’ names or our clients’ names on this site, and no growth target is going to change that.

Our two founders are named on the About page and in public business records, and that is where the list ends. The people who actually hold credentials to your systems stay off the internet.

Experienced and large enough to take you past mid-size

The usual worry about a provider that will not show you a roster is that there is nobody behind the curtain. So here is what is behind ours. Green Line Solutions has been doing this since 2011, the team averages more than ten years in IT, and we support clients across 15 states, from single-person startups to companies with 700 employees. The growth stage where a small provider runs out of hands - the second location, the acquisition, the compliance audit, the around-the-clock expectation - is the stage we are built for.

More than one person knows your environment

Your systems are documented and worked by a team, not memorized by one technician. Vacations, illness, and turnover on our side do not become outages on yours.

Projects without starving support

A migration, a phone-system cutover, or a security overhaul runs alongside day-to-day support instead of replacing it. The help desk keeps answering while the project team builds.

Engineering under one roof

Managed IT, cybersecurity, business phone systems, and a full custom software development practice are the same team. When a problem crosses those lines, nobody gets referred somewhere else.

Everything we support ➔

Staffed for around-the-clock support

Support that answers at 2 a.m. is a staffing question before it is a promise. We are staffed for it, which is what makes the promise worth anything.

Backgrounds you would not expect from an IT company

Most of this team did not start in IT. They arrived from production floors, shipping docks, construction sites, laboratories, and utility trucks, and brought a working knowledge of those industries with them. It is why a manufacturing client gets someone who understands the line and not just the switch behind it. Each card below is one kind of experience on the bench, founders included - they still do the work. The cards describe industries, not individuals; that is the whole idea.

Manufacturing and production

Plant floors, production schedules, and the moment a line stops are familiar ground here. Manufacturing clients rarely have to explain how their operation actually runs.

Manufacturing IT support ➔

Logistics and shipping

Order flow, freight, and the shipping tie-ins that a manufacturing or distribution client depends on, understood from the dock rather than from a ticket queue.

Sales

Time spent on the selling side of a business, which is why a request gets weighed by what it does for your revenue and not only by what it does to the network.

Enterprise IT after acquisitions

Modernizing and combining infrastructure that was stitched together through acquisitions. Migrations, standardization, and mismatched systems made to behave as one are familiar work.

IT project management ➔

Construction

Job sites and skilled trades, where the schedule does not wait for a laptop and the work has to be right the first time.

Education IT

IT service for a school environment: a large and varied user base, a tight budget, and zero tolerance for downtime while class is in session.

Laboratory science

Measure before concluding. It is how a lab works, and it turns out to be exactly how a network should be troubleshot.

Automation and robotics

Controls, machine networks, and the place where the plant floor meets the office network. When a production system needs to talk to a business system, we have stood on both sides.

Utility field service

Field work where you confirm what is actually there before you touch it, and where a guess has consequences. A production server deserves the same respect.

Software development

Developers who have led the projects behind our custom development practice: web applications, system integrations, AI tooling, and the automation that fires the moment a phone call ends.

Custom application development ➔

The proof exists. It is just not a logo wall.

Our Google reviews are public, and we are proud of them. Named references are something we arrange on request, with the client’s permission, in a conversation between you and them - not on a webpage anyone with a phone can read. If you want to talk to a business like yours that we support, ask us and we will set it up.

Questions about our team

Why don’t you list your team members on your website?

Because a public roster of technicians beside a public list of clients is a ready-made social-engineering script. An attacker who knows who works for your IT company, and who your IT company works for, can impersonate either side with a single phone call. We think publishing that puts a vendor’s marketing above a client’s security, so we do not do it. The people who hold credentials to your systems are introduced to you directly, not to the internet.

Is your team large enough for a company with a few hundred employees?

Yes. Green Line Solutions supports clients from single-person startups to companies with 700 employees across 15 states, with a team averaging more than ten years in IT. The growth stage where a small provider runs out of people - a second location, an acquisition, a compliance requirement, round-the-clock expectations - is the stage we are built to carry. Our IT services page lists what that includes.

Will I meet the people who work on my systems?

Yes. You meet your assigned team during onboarding, by face and by name, and you work with the same people day to day. Not publishing our roster is about keeping that information away from strangers, not away from you.

Can you provide client references?

Yes, privately. With a client’s permission we will connect you with a business like yours that we support, so you can talk to them directly. Our Google reviews are public; our client list is not, for the same reason our team roster is not.

Where is your team based?

Cleveland, Ohio, and the team works from here rather than from an outsourced help desk. We serve Northeast Ohio on site and clients across 15 states remotely, with support that answers around the clock. Our About page has the rest of the story.
